What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced RAY-kee) is a gentle Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports your body's natural ability to heal.
It works through "life force energy" - a universal energy that flows through all living things. When this energy becomes blocked or low, we may feel anxious, tired, or emotionally heavy. Reiki helps restore balance by channeling this energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient.

What to Expect During a Session
A Reiki session is deeply relaxing and peaceful. You'll lie fully clothed on a massage table (or sit comfortably in a chair) while soothing music plays. I'll gently place my hands just above or lightly on specific areas of your body, following your energy flow. You might feel warmth, tingling, waves of energy, or simply a sense of calm. Every experience is unique - some people even drift into a meditative or sleep-like state.

Reiki complements all forms of medical or therapeutic care - IT DOESN'T REPLACE THEM, but works beautifully alongside them to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
You will never be encouraged to stop any kind of medical service, or medication. That decision is between you and your doctor.
